Where the Heart Is (“WTHI”) is a senior living referral service with family advocates providing resources and personalized assistance in finding senior living services. Where the Heart Is helps families find options based on a loved one’s stated needs, preferences, and budget. This may include independent senior living, assisted living communities, residential personal care homes, and specialized Alzheimer’s memory care.
Where the Heart Is does not own or operate or have any financial, business, management, or familial relationships with the facilities to which it refers.
The services Where the Heart Is provides is offered at no charge to the families; we are paid by our participating communities and providers.
The list of facilities you receive from Where the Heart Is may not include all communities in the area that meet your stated preferences and needs.
At any time you may terminate the services provided by Where the Heart Is, including the use of a prospective resident’s personal information, by providing a written or electronic notice of termination to Where the Heart Is.
